Vào ngày 29 tháng 3 năm 2022, bài báo ‘Phân tích khả năng kháng kháng sinh của vi khuẩn Salmonella trên thịt lợn từ các cửa hàng bán lẻ và giết mổ ở Việt Nam bằng phương pháp giải trình tự gen’ đã được xuất bản trên tạp chí quốc tế Frontiers in Veterinary Science. Nghiên cứu đã phân tích 69 mẫu gen vi khuẩn Salmonella (NTS) thu thập từ các chuỗi bán lẻ thịt lợn và cơ sở giết mổ để đánh giá mức độ kháng kháng sinh. Nghiên cứu cũng tìm hiểu liệu các cửa hàng bán lẻ như siêu thị, chợ truyền thống, cửa hàng tiện ích hoặc các cửa hàng cao cấp, đóng vai trò như thế nào trong việc đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (ATTP) trên thịt lợn. Hội thảo có sự tham dự của khoảng 80 đại biểu, là đại diện của chính quyền địa phương các cấp, nông dân, khu vực tư nhân, nhóm cán bộ nghiên cứu SAPLING nhằm tìm giải pháp giúp chuyển đổi ngành chăn nuôi ở khu vực Tây Bắc, giúp ngành chăn nuôi gia tăng năng suất, khả năng phục hồi, tính công bằng và bền vững hơn. What is next after CGIAR A4NH in Vietnam: Promoting healthy diets through systematic food system transformation
The CGIAR Research Program on Agriculture for Nutrition and Health (A4NH) is getting ready to wrap up its five-year work in Vietnam and gearing up to more robust One CGIAR initiatives on Protecting human health through a One Health approach (One Health) and Sustainable Healthy Diets through Food System Transformation (SHiFT) Initiative. Through a closing workshop on 25 November 2021, the A4NH managing partners sat down with relevant international and national government partners, and stakeholders to look back at the implementation years of A4NH and discuss how One Health and SHiFT align with existing work and the country’s food system transformation pathway.
