Nghiên cứu mới cho thấy khả năng kháng kháng sinh của vi khuẩn Salmonella trong các mẫu thịt lợn tại các cửa hàng bán lẻ và cơ sở giết mổ ở Việt Nam

Vào ngày 29 tháng 3 năm 2022, bài báo ‘Phân tích khả năng kháng kháng sinh của vi khuẩn Salmonella trên thịt lợn từ các cửa hàng bán lẻ và giết mổ ở Việt Nam bằng phương pháp giải trình tự gen’ đã được xuất bản trên tạp chí quốc tế Frontiers in Veterinary Science. Nghiên cứu đã phân tích 69 mẫu gen vi khuẩn Salmonella (NTS) thu thập từ các chuỗi bán lẻ thịt lợn và cơ sở giết mổ để đánh giá mức độ kháng kháng sinh. Nghiên cứu cũng tìm hiểu liệu các cửa hàng bán lẻ như siêu thị, chợ truyền thống, cửa hàng tiện ích hoặc các cửa hàng cao cấp, đóng vai trò như thế nào trong việc đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (ATTP) trên thịt lợn. A two-day workshop, 20-21 April 2022, kicked off the One CGIAR initiative on Sustainable Animal Productivity for Livelihoods, Nutrition and Gender Inclusion (SAPLING) in Son La Province, Northwest Vietnam. The workshop brought together 80 key stakeholders from the province including local authorities, farmers, researchers, private sector actors and the SAPLING team to discuss ways to make the livestock sector in Northwest Vietnam more productive, resilient, equitable and sustainable. Trong hai ngày 20-21 tháng 04 năm 2022 đã diễn ra hội thảo khởi động sáng kiến mới của One CGIAR ‘Sáng kiến năng suất chăn nuôi bền vững vì sinh kế, dinh dưỡng và hòa nhập giới’ (gọi tắt là SAPLING) tại tỉnh Sơn La. Hội thảo có sự tham dự của khoảng 80 đại biểu, là đại diện của chính quyền địa phương các cấp, nông dân, khu vực tư nhân, nhóm cán bộ nghiên cứu SAPLING nhằm tìm giải pháp giúp chuyển đổi ngành chăn nuôi ở khu vực Tây Bắc, giúp ngành chăn nuôi gia tăng năng suất, khả năng phục hồi, tính công bằng và bền vững hơn. About 120 artworks and photos on livestock from the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum and the Livestock-led Interventions towards Equitable Livelihoods and Improved Environment in the Northwest Highlands of Vietnam, otherwise known as the Li-chăn project, will be displayed in an exhibition to be launched virtually and physically in Mai Son District, Son La Province in the Northwest of Vietnam on 12 October 2021. Australia-funded safe pork project in Vietnam reviews 2020 achievements and sets goals for 2021

In late November 2021, the ‘Market-based approach to improving the safety of pork in Vietnam,’ or SafePORK project team and partners held an annual planning meeting in Ninh Binh Province, about 100 kilometres south of Hanoi. The two-day workshop, which was hosted by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in Vietnam, reviewed the accomplishments of the project in 2020 and set project goals for 2021 and beyond.
